Residential capital,
run like a portfolio.

CUBE turns real estate into liquid, trackable capital — fractional ownership in verified developments, with your position visible in real time from purchase to payout.

01The problem

Somewhere along the way, a home stopped being something you could buy.

Not because people stopped wanting one. Because the smallest thing you were allowed to buy became an entire property — and the deposit outgrew a generation's ability to save for it.

Every other asset class solved this decades ago. You can own a hundredth of a company, a thousandth of a bond, a fraction of a fund. Property stayed indivisible — not for any technical reason, but because nobody built the infrastructure to divide it.

02The solution
01

Start with a real building.

A licensed developer, a registered plot, an approved plan. Everything on CUBE is a physical residential project at a specific address — never a fund, never a synthetic exposure.

02

Divide it into cubes.

The building is expressed as a grid of ownership units. A tower becomes thousands of things a person can afford, instead of one thing almost nobody can.

03

Choose the ones you want.

Not a slider, not an abstract percentage. You see the building, you pick your cubes, and you know exactly where in it you own.

04

A building with hundreds of owners.

Each tinted cube belongs to somebody. Rent flows to them proportionally, construction progress is visible to all of them, and every transfer is written to a record.

03The system

Dividing property is easy. Keeping the record honest is the hard part.

Three layers do the work. None of them require you to trust us — which is the only arrangement worth offering.

Legal structure

Each project sits in its own special-purpose vehicle. Title is held by a licensed trustee, not by CUBE.

Bankruptcy-remote by construction

Money in escrow

Capital sits with a regulated escrow agent and leaves only against physical progress an independent inspector has confirmed on site.

Separation of duty, enforced in software

An ownership record that cannot be edited

Every change of ownership is appended to a ledger that permits no updates and no deletions — enforced by the database itself.

Verify your own chain, any time
Before you commit

What we check, so you don't have to.

A project reaches this platform only after it clears every one of these. Roughly two in five applications do not.

Verified

The developer

Licence, filed accounts, delivery history on prior projects, and the record of whether those projects completed on time.

Verified

The land and the permit

Title search on the plot, encumbrance check, building permit, and confirmation that the approved plan matches the building you are being shown.

Verified

The numbers

Construction budget against comparable builds, projected yield against actual rents in the surrounding blocks, and a stated downside case.

Ongoing

The build, every month

An independent inspector on site, dated photographs, and a verified progress figure held separately from the builder's own.

Four steps, then you wait for a building to finish.

Verify who you are

Identity check once, then it applies to every project. Ten minutes, usually less.

Choose your cubes

Browse the building, pick the units you want, see the exact total before you commit to anything.

Sign and pay

The agreement in plain language beside the legal text. Funds go to escrow, never to us.

Watch it get built

Verified progress every month, rent when it completes, and a way out at each exit window.

04The future

A generation locked out of property is a solvable problem.

It was never a shortage of buildings. It was the size of the smallest piece anyone was allowed to buy. We made that piece smaller.

No account needed to look around.
