How project information moves through CUBE, what's been checked, and what's still just a demo.
How project information is presented
Every project shows two numbers for construction progress — what the developer reports and what an independent inspector has separately confirmed — side by side, never blended into one figure. Financial scenarios are labeled as projections, not promises, and a target yield is always shown as a target, never a guarantee.
How documents are disclosed
Each project's Documents tab lists what exists for that project, grouped by category — title, permits, legal, financial, verification — with an honest status: available, under review, pending, or not yet applicable at this stage. A document is only shown as available when there is something to show.
How investment and portfolio records work
A confirmed demo investment writes one entry to your holdings and one to an append-only activity record — activity entries are added to, never edited or removed. Your portfolio pages read directly from that same record, so what you see there always matches what the platform recorded.
What CUBE's process checks
The product model calls for checking a developer's licence and standing, filed accounts, delivery history, and a physical site visit before a project is listed — and for keeping a developer-reported and an independently verified construction figure side by side for the life of the project. Where a project's page shows a verification figure, risk disclosure, or document status, that reflects that project's own data, not a generic claim applied to every listing.
What stays your responsibility
Nothing on this platform is investment advice. Target yields are not guaranteed, capital is at risk, and reading a project's risk disclosures and documents before deciding to invest is on you, the same as with any real property investment.
What's demo-only in this build today
Account, session, portfolio, and investment data are real — they're stored in CUBE's database and served over the network, not held in memory. Each project's financial, milestone, risk, and document information you see here also comes from that same real, persisted data. Confirming an investment writes a real, permanent record, not something that resets on reload. What's still not real: document files aren't stored or downloadable — only their status is — and no real money moves. There is no real escrow account, trustee, payment processing, or ledger audit behind this build — those are the product's intended architecture, not infrastructure that exists here today.
